CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a thermoconductive silicon rubber sponge composition comprises a step of manufacturing hollow filler-containing thermosetting organopolysiloxane composition by mixing organic hollow filler of organic resin, and alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane, a step of manufacturing liquid type thermoconductive powder-containing organopolysiloxane composition, and a step of obtaining silicon rubber sponge composition by mixing the thermosetting organopolysiloxane composition and the thermoconductive powder-containing organopolysiloxane composition.
