<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting device which realizes prolongation of the component life, and prevention of deterioration in the component mounting accuracy in a linear motion mechanism using a motor. <P>SOLUTION: The component mounting device 1 moves a moving beam 13 carrying a mounting head 12 in the Y direction by means of Y linear motion mechanisms 30 and 40 using a linear motor. The Y linear motion mechanism 30 is configured of a rolling mechanism coupled rotatably to the left end of the moving beam 13 in the X direction while aligning the axis with the X direction, and mounted on a frame 14a disposed on a base 10 slidably in the X direction. The Y linear motion mechanism 40 is configured of a guide mechanism equipped with a guide rail 45 secured to a frame 14b disposed on the base 10 and extending in the Y direction, and a slider 44 secured to the right end of the moving beam 13 in the X direction and fitted slidably to the guide rail 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
