摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic fuel injection valve capable of reducing variations in dynamic flow relative to pulse widths of individual units in a lower pulse region than under idling conditions under which the dynamic flow is adjusted, and to provide an internal combustion engine control device using the electromagnetic fuel injection valve. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic fuel injection valve 10 includes: a fixed core 107; a coil 105 arranged on the outer peripheral side of the fixed core; an anchor 102 facing the lower end of the fixed core; a movable element 113 with a valve seat formed on its lower end; and a regulator 54 press-fitted into along a through hole in the fixed core, which is a central shaft of the electromagnetic fuel injection valve. In the electromagnetic fuel injection valve 10, the regulator 54 is adjusted such that a dynamic flow q0 is large within a tolerance of &plusmn;x% of a target dynamic flow qm when a static flow Qst is large within a tolerance of &plusmn;y% of a target static flow Qstm, while the dynamic flow q0 is small within a tolerance of &plusmn;x% of the target dynamic flow qm when the static flow Qst is small within a tolerance of &plusmn;y% of the target static flow Qstm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
