PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a table for loading and fixing a workpiece is provided to secure the accuracy of alignment treatment and assist the observation for the both sides of a workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a table for loading and fixing a workpiece is as follows. A glass plate is processed for forming rough grooves through sand blast treatment(ST3). The rough grooves are worked for forming holes for suction through etching. The holes for suction are formed to including a honeycomb shaped portion. The honeycomb shaped portion is formed the exceptional portion of the holes for suction.
