<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat ray-shielding glass which is excellent in heat-ray shieldability, in particular, heat-ray reflectivity (heat insulation), and is produced at a low cost, and hardly causes electromagnetic interference. <P>SOLUTION: The heat ray-shielding glass 10 includes a glass plate 11 and a heat ray-reflecting layer 14 provided on the surface of the glass plate, the layer concerned comprising an electroconductive polymer. In the heat ray-shielding glass 10, the surface emissivity of the heat ray-reflecting layer 14 is at most 0.7, and the electric conductivity of the conductive polymer in the heat ray-reflecting layer 14 is 0.005-200 S/cm.
