<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to prevent the bacterial contamination of a surface by forming an antibacterial coated layer having strong sterilizing and antibacterial power on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel has an antibacterial coated layer(30) on a surface. The antibacterial coated layer is formed by coating the surface of the touch panel with a nano silver composition including colloid silver. The touch panel has a protection window(10) on the front surface. The nano silver composition includes optical catalyst having an anti-fingerprint feature.</p> |
