PURPOSE: A diagnostic kit and a diagnosis method using magnetic particles are provided to enable simple and quick analysis and to improve sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic kit using magnetic particles comprises: a sample receiving unit(10) having a detection area(15) for containing a test sample which is conjugated with the magnetic particles; an enhancer(20) which comprises magnet material for amplifying a magnetic signal and is placed to be adjacent to the sample receiving unit; and a support(30) for supporting the sample receiving unit and enhancer. The magnetic material contains at least one of Fe, Mn, Ni, and Co.
