PURPOSE: A bucket coupling structure having a variable guide link and construction equipment therewith are provided to improve excavation efficiency by improving the rotation range of a bucket. CONSTITUTION: A bucket coupling structure having a variable guide link comprises a bucket(10), an arm(20), and a bucket cylinder(30). The bucket comprises a receiving space(12) and a revolving shaft(16). The arm comprises a front end(22) coupled to the revolving shaft of the bucket. One end of the bucket cylinder is coupled to the arm, and the other end is coupled to the bucket through a link mechanism(50). The link mechanism comprises a push link(42) and a variable guide link(52). The push link rotates the bucket when the bucket cylinder is operated. The variable guide link supports the push link and a fastening shaft(46) of the bucket cylinder to the front end of the arm.
