PURPOSE: An apparatus for maintaining the horizontality of an underground distribution cable support angle in a conduit is provided to prevent various cables from leaning in one direction by including a control hook unit. CONSTITUTION: A vertical angle(10) forms a penetration hole to insert a connection member and includes a protrusion receiving unit to support the connection member under the penetration hole. The vertical angle supports a horizontal angle(30) to hold various cables(40). The connection member is integrated or combined with one side of the horizontal angle. A control hook unit is inserted into the upper side of the horizontal angle.
