PURPOSE: A printing device capable of preventing errors in supplying cleaning paper, a control method thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to clean a fusing machine with a supplied sheet and prevent printing of a wrong sheet after the cleaning. CONSTITUTION: A control unit controls a sheet holding unit to supply a sheet. The control unit cleans a fusing machine(751) using the sheet. A request unit requests a user to set a sheet on the sheet holding unit wherein the sheet is used for a page which is printed next after cleaning the fusing machine. The request unit sets a sheet of a size on the sheet holding unit after cleaning the fusing machine by the control unit. The size is suitable for the page which is printed next. |
