<p>To provide a vehicle transmission apparatus including a dual clutch transmission enabling reducing clutch size and number of clutch discs. The apparatus comprises: input shafts and output shafts to which rotational power is transmitted from the input shafts in a gear-shiftable manner and which transmit rotational power toward driving wheels; clutches that disengageably transmit rotational power from an engine to the input shafts; a motor generator that rotates integrally with an input shaft; and a transmission controller that controls engagement/disengagement of the clutches, gear shifting between the input shafts and the output shafts and driving operation or regenerating operation of the motor generator upon gear shifting.</p>
