A flood resistant assembly including a first frame 1, a door 5 with a first seal 19, where the seal engages a second frame 3, and the second frame has a second seal 21 that engages the door. The first and second frames 1 and 3 may be adjusted to apply pressure to the seals 19, 21, which may abut one another. Part of the frame may extend beyond the door 1, and the other part 3 may be an L-shape that abuts the door. The frame and seals may extend about the periphery of the door, which may have four hinges 7, a multipoint lock and five locking points. The door may also be a stable door 9. |
