PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate with an appropriate number of time slots in radio communication, such as to advertize information of itself in a large and indefinite number of radio communication devices accompanying movement, thus realizing power saving. SOLUTION: Each node 3 transmits a frame that includes a field of reception/reply information of a frame received from another node 3 in each of a plurality of time slots during each time slot period, and the node 3 which received a frame increases or decreases, based on each reception/reply information in a field of reception/reply information within the preceding super frame period, the number of usage time slots of its device within the next super frame period. When own device cannot transmit a frame, the node 3 transmits a flag, showing the effect in a frame to be transmitted next, and a node which received the frame makes the number of use time slots of its device increase by the number of flags within the frame.
