The container has an opening (6) in a wall (2), and a reinforcing unit (3) attached to the wall, where the reinforcement unit overlies on opposite edges (7) of the container, and is fixed and laminarly connected to the exterior of the container. The wall with the reinforcement unit forms a base of the container, where the container is formed from a web of a flexible material i.e. weldable plastic. The reinforcement unit has supports (5), which are sealingly closable and are attached at the opening in the wall. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a container from a web of flexible material i.e. weldable plastic. |
