STEEL PIPE WITH A FUNCTION OF CONVEYING 800BAR HIGH-PRESSURE CONCRETE AND THE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A concrete conveying pipe having 1600 Mpa pull strength, 400 Hv of hardness, and 700bar inner pressure and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to supply a concrete conveying pipe for constructing a super high building through quenching and tempering. CONSTITUTION: A concrete conveying pipe manufacturing method is as follows. A skelp is formed through slitting of heat-treated steel(S100). The roll shaped scalp is released and the edge is polished(S200). A pipe is formed by using the scalps passed through leveling and edge milling(S300). The conveying pipe is formed by welding the both edges of the scalps. The conveying pipe is heat-treated into tempered martensite structure for enduring 800bar pressure concrete.
