PURPOSE: An electronic prescription server system and a method, a client terminal for electronic prescription service and a device thereof are provided to guarantee objectivity and accuracy about medical information and taking medicine information, as the medicine taking guidance information offers to a patient terminal when medicine taking guidance information is received. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(220) performs a modification and a deletion of medicine taking guidance information corresponding to a key input action of a user. A controller(204) refers an electronic prescription on the basis of a medicine prescription request message from a patient terminal. The controller controls the transmission of the medicine taking guidance information or controls the modification, in response to identification signal. A communication unit(206) transmits the medicine taking guidance information to the patient terminal by control of the controller.
