PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring moisture content is provided to accurately measure the moisture content of an aggregate and to simply measure dielectric constant of the aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling moisture content comprises: a cement measuring container(11), a cement storage container(13), an aggregate measuring container(12), an aggregate storage container(15), a moisture content measuring device, a conveyor belt(17), and a mixer(19). The cement measuring container is used for measuring the weight of cement. The aggregate measuring container is used for measuring the weight of the aggregate and transfers predetermined amount of aggregates into the aggregate storage container.
