PURPOSE: A flow control valve is provided to constantly maintain circulating hot water to a set temperature by installing a shape memory spring to an on/off valve. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve comprises a main body, an on/off valve, and a flow controlling device. The main body comprises a hollow and an on/off plate. The on/off plate is projected from an inner surface to form a communicating hole for communicating the hollow. The on/off valve is built in the main body and opens and closes the communicating hole while moving back and forth. The flow controlling device comprises a handle(31), a rotary shaft(33), and an eccentric rotator(35).
