PURPOSE: A cooling and heating unit using a latent heat storing pack is provided to control body temperature of users by concentrating heat to a neck portion and a shoulder portion of a human body. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating unit using a thermal accumulation pack comprises a latent heat storing pack(100), a thermal pad(220), a heating carrier circulating pipe(230), a heating carrier circulating pump(240), a heat exchange heating plate(250) and a blowing fan. The latent heat storing pack comprises low temperature heat storing media or high temperature heat storing media. The thermal pad comprises a heat pipe and heat transferring media. The heating carrier circulating pipe is formed into closed loop structure. The heating carrier circulating pump circulates fluid through circulation pipes. The heat exchange heating plate transfers heat energy to users. |
