FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: continuous hydraulic packer contains hollow cylindrical housing, rubber hose, hollow shear plug, sprung annular piston and switch of device positions. Hollow shear plug contains a ball screwed on its shearing part. Packer contains centraliser installed on its metallic outer surface. End part of piston has two chamfers, one of which has an angle with end surface of piston being from 40 to 50 degrees, and the other chamfer has an angle with end surface of piston being from 70 to 80 degrees, and piston itself contains two ring seals installed both from outer side of piston and from inner side of piston at a different distance from piston end surface. Closer to piston end surface there is ring seal installed from that side of piston which has chamfer with an angle with piston end surface being from 40 to 50 degrees, at that area of shear plug hole in cross-section of shear plug is less than area of annular slot, in cross-section of packer, along which working fluid is supplied to the piston, 8Ç14 times, and length of annular slot is 1.4Ç1.8 of annular slot distance to packer axis of symmetry; besides a spring interacting with the piston has rectangular cross-section of wreath, at that the larger side of rectangular cross-section of wreath is parallel and close to parallel packer axis of symmetry. ^ EFFECT: improving reliability of continuous hydraulic packer by means of improvement of its design. ^ 6 dwg |
