PURPOSE: A collected heat source supply method and an anti-overheating method in a hot water system using solar for each household having a heat storage tank are provided to maximize energy efficiency with reducing costs. CONSTITUTION: A collected heat source supply method and an anti-overheating method in a hot water system using solar are as follows. A constant flow valve(510) is installed in the front end of the first 2-way valve of a second pipe(420). The constant flow valve maintains variation in the internal pressure of a thermal medium pipe within an allowable error. The branch pipe is drawn from the upper part of heat storage tanks for each household, and connected to a drain. A second 2-way valve is installed in a part of the branch pipe. The second 2-way valve is opened, and discharges over heated water under the control of a main controller(320) if a temperature value detected from an upper temperature sensor for each household exceeds a set value.
