<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate height adjustment of support legs when adopting a step of installing a waterproof floor pan of a wash place, formed integrally with a door frame mounting part, after adjusting the height of the support legs in the assembly of a unit bath. <P>SOLUTION: A floor support material 2 provided with height-adjustable support legs and an operation port opening upward and used when performing height adjustment operation of the support legs is installed on a building floor 200. The height of the support legs is adjusted in a state where a height reference member 4 for showing reference of installation height of the floor support material 2 is attached to the floor support material 2. Marked parts 41 of the height reference member 4 are adjusted to a reference plane 401 of an adjacent room 400. The waterproof floor pan 3 of a wash place, having no operation port and forming the door frame mounting part 31 and a wash place floor part 32 integrally with each other, is installed on the floor support material 2.
