<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste composition for solar cell which facilitates control of the intrusion amount of an electrode material and formation of an ohmic contact when an electrode is formed in a solar cell having a thin shallow emitter structure of n layers by a fire-through method. <P>SOLUTION: Since a light-receiving surface electrode is composed of a thick film silver which contains glass having a Pb/Si mole ratio determined in the range of 1.4-2.5, and containing PbO by 50-70 (mol%), B<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>by 1-8 (mol%), and SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>by 20-40 (mol%) but not containing Li<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O in the range of 1-10 pts.wt. for 100 pts.wt. of silver, the amount of erosion is controlled appropriately during the fire-through. Since an excellent ohmic contact is obtained between the n-layers, an FF value exceeding 75 and a leak current of 0.5 (A) or lower can be obtained even if the line width is as thin as 100 (μm). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
