<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic substrate manufacturing method which helps to improve a manufacturing yield and a ceramic sintered laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic substrate manufacturing method comprises: a step in which a green laminate 4 is prepared which includes a first green substrate 2 consisting of a first ceramic material having a first groove L1 formed in shape of a matrix in a plan view and a second green substrate 3 consisting of a second ceramic material, different from the first ceramic material, having a second groove L2 formed in shape of a matrix in a plan view and which is laminated in such a way that the first groove L1 and the second groove L2 overlap each other in a plan view; a step in which the green laminate 4 is sintered to form a ceramic sintered laminate having a first shrunk groove and a second shrunk groove derived from the first groove L1 and the second groove L2 as they shrink; and a step in which the ceramic sintered laminate is divided into plural pieces along the first shrunk groove or the second shrunk groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
