<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article conveying device that can transmit a power from one driving source to a plurality of conveying mechanisms by a simple clutch mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The article conveying device 1 transmits the power from one motor 15 to a plurality of a first conveyor 10 and a second conveyor 20 through the clutch mechanism 40. The clutch mechanism 40 includes a male side member 44 having projections 44a and a female side member 43 having recesses 43a engageable with the projections 44a.
