Disclosed in the embodiments of the invention are a bearer processing method, device and system. The method comprises the following steps: a Mobile Management Entity (MME) receives a path switching request message sent by an evolved Node Base station (eNB),the path switching request message is used for requesting at least one bearer to be switched to a target transmission path; the MME notices a GateWay(GW) to switch a first bearer portion to the target transmission path, and keeps a second bearer portion on the original transmission path; wherein, the first bearer portion is part or all of the at least one bearer in the switching request message, the second bearer portion is part or all of all bearers of the User Equipment(UE) to which the at least one bearer belongs, except the first bearer portion. The embodiments of the invention can switch part of bearers of one or more UEs from one transmission path between the eNB and the GW to another transmission path between the eNB and the GW, and avoids the appearance of abnormity of UE services.
