<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an increase of response time when organizing resources. <P>SOLUTION: A memory system comprises: a nonvolatile memory; a resource management part for increasing resources by organizing resources of the nonvolatile memory when a use amount of the resources of the nonvolatile memory has reached a prescribed amount; a transfer speed setting part for calculating a setting value of transfer speed of write data received from a host device; and a transfer control part transferring the write data received from the host device to the nonvolatile memory with the transfer speed of the setting value calculated by the transfer speed setting part. The transfer speed setting part calculates a lower setting value in response to an increase of the use amount of the resources of the nonvolatile memory, and the resource management part organizes the resources of the nonvolatile memory using latency time raised when the transfer control part transfers the write data with the setting value of the transfer speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
