<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide an application that can use various functions interlocked with an image providing device to a user of the image providing device. <P>SOLUTION: In a management server 3, information on a usage history of a photograph seal creation device 1 by a user of a portable terminal 2 is managed. A membership certificate application realizing various functions, such as a function for acquiring information provided in accordance with the usage history and a function displaying a screen being a membership certificate of the photograph seal creation device 1, is managed. The user of the portable terminal 2 can receive service provided from the management server 3 in accordance with the usage history of the photograph seal creation device 1 and can acquire a content by using a point issued in accordance with the usage history of the photograph seal creation device 1 by using the membership certificate application provided from the management server 3.
