<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control interference between pressurized liquid chambers with a simple composition, while controlling variation of the ejection characteristic between the pressurized liquid chambers. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid droplet ejection head 10 is constituted by containing a nozzle substrate 12, a passage substrate 15, a diaphragm 16, a reinforcement film 26, and a protective substrate 28. The passage substrate 15 includes a plurality of flow path partitions 14 which form the plurality of pressurized liquid chambers 18 which communicate with each of the nozzle holes 12A respectively. The flow path partition 14 has a composition to satisfy: a relation of reinforcement film width WS>the diaphragm side width WC of the flow path partition, and it continues to the joint surface 14A with the diaphragm 16 and includes a first part 14B with small width in the arrangement direction of the pressurized liquid chamber 18 toward the joint surface 14A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
