The present invention pertains to a cleaning treatment apparatus and a cleaning treatment method. The cleaning treatment apparatus cleans, in a cleaning vessel (5), an object to be cleaned (W) having a tubular part (2) and a main body part (3) linked to one end of the tubular part (2). The cleaning treatment apparatus comprises the following: a cleaning solution supply unit (6) for pressurizing a cleaning solution and supplying the same to the cleaning vessel (5); a through hole part (7) provided in the cleaning vessel (5) and having a through hole into which the tubular part (2) can be inserted; and an outlet hole part (8) provided in the cleaning vessel (5) and having an outlet hole for discharging the cleaning solution supplied to the cleaning vessel (5) and for adjusting the pressure of the cleaning solution in the cleaning vessel (5) to a predetermined pressure.
