<p>A charging apparatus of the present invention is provided with: a connector (10), which has a connection terminal (11) which can be electrically connected with a subject to be charged; a power line (2) electrically connected to the connection terminal (11); a charger (1), which is connected to the power line (2), and which charges the subject to be charged; a holding section, which holds the connector (10); and a determining means, which determines the conduction state between the power line (2) and the connection terminal (11).
