<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear LED lamp not only with superb heat dissipation but also dampproof and waterproof effects, and further, of a simple technique and easy to use. <P>SOLUTION: The linear LED lamp is provided with a plurality of LED light sources 1 and a linear light source mounting base part 2, which latter 2 is formed of an insulating heat conduction material. Inside the light source mounting base part 2, an electric layer with a plurality of metal electric conduction plates 3 formed is fitted in. The LED light sources 1 are welded to the metal electric conduction plates 3 to have electric conduction circuits formed. An emission face of each LED light source 1 is made bare on the surface of the light source mounting base part 2.
