According to the present invention, drugs using a mechanism of inhibiting the expression of p47phox or p67phox may be developed, and drugs screened for by the method of the present invention may particularly prevent or treat depression, neurodegenerative brain diseases, etc., the symptoms of which may be caused or exacerbated by chronic stress. |
