<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power reception technology that can more easily generate resonance than a conventional technology at a frequency of an AC current flowing through a primary coil. <P>SOLUTION: A power reception apparatus includes a power reception part and a reduction voltage generation part. The power reception part includes a secondary coil that is electromagnetically coupled with a primary coil and a capacitor connected with the secondary coil to generate a second AC voltage based on a first AC current flowing through the primary coil. The reduction voltage generation part generates a reduction voltage that can reduce a reactance voltage generated in the power reception part by a second AC current generated in the power reception part and caused by the second AC voltage and that has frequency substantially the same as that of the second AC voltage to apply the reduction voltage to the power reception part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
