<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for optical films, which has excellent re-peeling property, can achieve durability, smoothness of a coating face, and reduction of the use amount of a solvent in a well-balanced manner, and further can reduce production of a microgel in an adhesive layer. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive composition for optical films, containing a (meth)acrylic polymer of 300,000 to 1,200,000 weight average molecular weight on gel permeation chromatography obtained by copolymerizing as monomer units 30 to 98.9 wt.% of alkyl(meth)acrylate, 1 to 50 wt.% of polymerizable aromatic ring-containing monomer, 0.1 to 20 wt.% of hydroxyl group-containing monomer, and 0 to 4 wt.% of carboxyl group-containing monomer, is characterized in that the (meth)acrylic polymer does not contain carboxyl group-containing monomers as monomer units, the content of solids is 20 wt.% or more, and the solvent content is 80 wt.% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
