<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of an upper wire that can improve safety of passengers and seat durability by employing a structure in which the passengers and seat pads are not easily damaged by edges of welding ends while ensuring sufficient cushioning properties even if a narrow seat. <P>SOLUTION: An upper wire 8 is fixed by welding to the top side of a seatback frame 4 of a seat back 1. This upper wire 8 comprises a transverse suspended part 8a, which is suspended between both of side frames 4a of the seatback frame 4, and bent parts 8b, which are welding ends connected to the transverse suspended part 8a and bent inward so that distal ends thereof are opposed to each other. The bent parts 8b are welded on the side frames 4a to be sandwiched by the transverse suspended part 8a from the rear side of the vehicle. The vehicle rear side of a lower end of a head rest stay extending below a head rest 2 is guarded by the transverse suspended part 8a of the upper wire 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
