摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerically-controlled machine tool, a control program, and a storage medium that can shorten a tool change cycle. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU of a control device reads one block of a machining block and interprets it (S1). In the S1 process, the CPU refers to a timing table, reads the contents of each instruction and execution timing, reorder the contents of instructions in the order of timing, and stores the instructions in RAM of the control device. When the CPU determines an instruction to be a tool change instruction (S3: YES), a tool change operation is started (S4). At this point, the CPU executes a Z-axis ascending process. The Z-axis ascending process is a process in which a main spindle head ascends from the current position to a tool change position (ATC zero point).
