<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a station side device which can provide a highly reliable communication system by shortening the communication stop time between the station side device and a home side device upon occurrence of an event having an impact on transmission of a communication signal, e.g. redundant switching, and to provide a communication system and a communication control method. <P>SOLUTION: A station side device 201 communicates with one or a plurality of home side devices 202. The station side device 201 comprises: an event control unit 36 which detects an event having an impact on transmission of a communication signal to the home side devices 202, and performs processing for the event; and an abnormality detection unit 36 which transmits stop control information indicating stoppage of abnormality detection of the communication signal to the home side devices 202 before occurrence of the event detected by the event control unit 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
