SCINTILLATOR PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel in which a moisture-proof film is prevented from being peeled after the moisture-proof film is vapor deposited.

SOLUTION: A scintillator panel 10c includes: a phosphor layer 4 converting radial rays into visible light; a substrate 1 having a reflection film 3 formed by an organic material on a surface of the substrate 1 and supporting the phosphor layer 4, from which oligomer derived from the organic material of the reflection film 3 is removed; and an organic moisture-proof film 5 covering the phosphor layer 4 and the substrate 1 around the phosphor layer 4.
