MEAT LAVER USING MEAT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING

PURPOSE: A meat sheet using meat, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to wrap rice with the meat sheet like conventional dry laver. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of meat sheet using meat comprises the following steps: finely slicing the edible meat; adding water 3-15 times of the meat slices, and homogenizing the mixture in the speed of 2,000-5,000rpm for 2-15 minutes; wrapping the homogenized meat slices using a cloth having the diameter of 0.05-1mm; and drying the meat slices at 40-80 deg C for 3-10 hours. The meat sheet has the thickness of 95-100 micrometers.
