A flame detecting device includes a flame signal receiver (1), a flame signal channel (11) and a flame signal conveying mechanism. The flame signal channel (11) goes through a boiler shell (12) and extends into the boiler, including a channel part (11a) outside the boiler and a channel part (11b) inside the boiler. A pressure resistant lens mechanism (10) is set on the outmost end of the channel part (11a) outside the boiler, through which the flame signal receiver (1) and the flame signal channel (11) are spaced transmissively by light and hermetically. A cooling mechanism (19) is also set on the channel part (11b) inside the boiler. The flame detecting device is disposed outside the boiler, and not only can detect the flame of the high-temperature and high-pressure boiler, but also can select to set flame signal receivers suitable for different operating stages according to requirements.
