摘要 A first DC-DC converter (5) is provided between a rectifier (2) for rectifying the output of a generator (1) driven by an engine, and a battery (4) for supplying power to a vehicle-mounted load (3). An electric double-layer capacitor (6) and a second DC-DC converter (7) for controlling the charging/discharging current thereof are provided between the rectifier (2) and the first DC-DC converter (5). A control circuit (8) sets a target current that will become a control target for the second DC-DC converter (7) on the basis of the voltage value of a battery busbar (B), and when charging of the electric double-layer capacitor (6) is to be stopped on the basis of a charging/discharging command signal, the control circuit (8) carries out, before stopping the charging, control wherein the target current for the second DC-DC converter (7) is gradually decreased on the basis of the voltage value (VEDLC) of the electric double-layer capacitor (6).
