Provided is a retroreflective sheet in which collective images having excellent anti-counterfeiting effect and information transmissibility are installed. The present invention is a retroreflective sheet (100) in which at least two or more kinds of collective images (L1, L2) formed by collecting a large number of dot images (P1, P2) respectively having visible directivities in predetermined directions are installed adjacent to each other. The visible area of each of the dot images constituting the collective images has a conical spread with the dot image as the apex thereof, the inclination (ß) of the central axis of the conical visible area of each of the dot images in the collective images is 5-60 degrees, the difference (?ß) between the inclinations of the central axes of the visible areas of the respective dot images in the collective images adjacent to each other is 5-25 degrees, and the directions of the inclinations of the central axes (Vo1, Vo2) of the dot images constituting the respective collective images are both located on the same side with respect to a plane perpendicular to the surface of the retroreflective sheet and including a central line passing the center of the retroreflective sheet when the central axes are translated so as to pass the center of the retroreflective sheet.
