<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a double-sided adhesive tape or sheet: that can effectively maintain a state of being fixed to a pedestal; that can easily be peeled from the pedestal without damaging the adherend; and that enables a processed product to be peeled using heat. Provided is a double-sided adhesive tape or sheet having a thermally-removable adhesive layer containing thermally-expandable microspheres on one side of a substrate, and having an adhesive layer for temporary attachment on the other side of the substrate. The shear adhesive strength of the adhesive layer for temporary attachment is not less than 2.0 N/200 mm2, and the tensile adhesive strength is 0.01 to 2.0 N/20 mm width. The adhesive layer for temporary attachment is cross linked by an isocyanate or epoxy cross-linking agent. The adhesive layer for temporary attachment preferably has the characteristic of a gel fraction of not less than 80 wt%.</p> |
