<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which facilitates the reaction of a glass-based inorganic filler and a thermoplastic resin in an extruder and improves adhesion between the glass-based inorganic filler and the thermoplastic resin. <P>SOLUTION: A screw element piece, which is included in a screw arranged in the extruder, is designed such that the tip of at least one flight part has a circular arc having a predetermined curvature radius in a cross sectional view in the axial direction, the predetermined curvature radius is smaller than the curvature radius of the inner wall facing the tip of the flight part of the cylinder for arranging the screw, and a clearance between the tip of the flight part and the inner wall of the cylinder is generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
