<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous detection of a full state and to stably stack a large number of paper regardless of a paper state without affecting the removability of the paper. <P>SOLUTION: In a paper discharge device 70, a roller charging unit 80 for discharging paper to be discharged is arranged at paper ejection rollers 72, 73 and a sheet-like adsorption member 75 is arranged in a discharge tray 71. A charging unit 76 for discharging the adsorption member 75 to suck the paper is arranged on the adsorption member 75.
