The present invention relates to an apparatus which is to be built into a tube to improve the quality of a liquid. The apparatus for improving the quality of a liquid includes: a casing made of a flexible material, the casing including an inlet through which water is fed and an outlet through which the water is discharged, wherein said inlet and outlet are in communication with one another; a ceramic filter composition that is filled into the casing; a magnet disposed on at least one side of the inlet and outlet of the casing; and a plug including an outlet inserted in and coupled to the outlet of the casing so as to prevent the ceramic filter composition from being separated and allowing only purified liquid to pass therethrough. The casing may be built into a tube through which the liquid to be purified passes. |
