The present invention provides a TD-LTE system resource scheduling method comprising: configuring adjusted priority weights corresponding to different users and/or services, the adjusted priority weights being determined according to the available control region resource information in a sub-frame and the control region resource information required by different users and/or services, wherein the resource allocation is performed in the control region according to the maximum number of symbols; obtaining the original priority values corresponding to different users and/or services, and adjusting the original priority values to updated priority values by using the adjusted priority weights; and performing scheduling for users and/or services in the present sub-frame according to the updated priority values. By using the present invention, data resources are fully scheduled and the utilization ratio of system resources is improved.
