<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock device for a vehicle, which suppresses generation of sliding sound (abnormal sound) at the joint surface between a resin housing of a lock mechanism and a resin body of a latch mechanism during traveling of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A door lock device 100 for a vehicle is provided with a latch mechanism 10 and a lock mechanism 20. A resin body 11 of the latch mechanism 10 is fixed to a resin housing 21 of the lock mechanism 20, so that the latch mechanism 10 is assembled to the lock mechanism 20. The resin housing 21 of the lock mechanism 20 has a tongue part 21a, while the resin body 11 of the latch mechanism 10 has a fitting recess (fitting part) 11a and a pressure contact protrusion (pressure contact part) 11b. When the tongue part 21a is fitted in the fitting recess 11a, the tongue part 21a and the fitting recess 11a are pressure contacted at the apex of the pressure contact protrusion 11b. The tongue part 21a and the pressure contact protrusion 11b are welded, and the resin body 11 and the resin housing 21 are welded and fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
