A method for sharing audio and/or video is disclosed by the present invention. The method includes: a first terminal writes the audio and/or video from an audio-video providing module into a cache space according to a play request of a second terminal, and transmits the audio and/or video stored in the cache space to the second terminal. A system for sharing audio and/or video is also disclosed by the present invention correspondingly. With the present invention, a video conference of a mobile terminal can be shown at a digital home network terminal in real time, thereby making the digital terminal which does not support video conferences can show the video content; moreover, after coming back home, a mobile phone terminal which is in a video conference can conveniently switch the images to a television terminal without the need to hold the mobile phone by the user, thus improving the user experience. |
